新潟県など、原発事故想定し避難訓練　柏崎刈羽で５年ぶり

　新潟県などは９日、地震による東京電力柏崎刈羽原発の重大事故を想定した避難訓練を実施した。県が主体となった訓練は５年ぶりで、地域住民ら計約１１００人が参加。海上自衛隊などの船舶を使った海上輸送訓練が初めて行われた。

　訓練では、震度６強の地震で運転中の７号機が自動停止した後、炉心冷却機能を全て喪失したと想定。原発から５キロ圏内にある柏崎市と刈羽村から住民計約３００人が、バスやヘリコプターで村上市などに向かった。道路が寸断されて孤立した場合に備え、海自の多用途支援艦「ひうち」に、住民が小型ボートを経由して乗り移る訓練も行った。（2019/11/09-12:15）

The Niigata prefectural government and others on Saturday conducted a disaster drill on the assumption of an earthquake-triggered severe accident at Tokyo Electric Power Company Holdings Inc.'s Kashiwazaki-Kariwa nuclear power station in the central Japan prefecture.
   This was the first nuclear disaster drill held under the initiative of the prefecture government in five years.
   The disaster drill, participated by a total of some 1,100 local residents and others, included training on the transport of evacuees by Maritime Self-Defense Force and other ships.
   In the hypothetical disaster scenario, an earthquake with the intensity of upper 6, the second highest level on Japan's original seismic scale, caused an automatic shutdown of the plant's No. 7 reactor and the total loss of reactor-cooling functions there.
   About 300 residents of the city of Kashiwazaki and the village of Kariwa, who live within 5 kilometers from the nuclear plant, were evacuated by bus and helicopter to places including the Niigata city of Murakami.
