復興庁１０年延長＝法案提出、特会も維持―政府

　政府は、２０２０年度末までとなっている復興庁の設置期限を、２１年度から３０年度末まで１０年延長する方針を固めた。復旧・復興事業に充てる東日本大震災復興特別会計（復興特会）も維持する。政府は６日までに、自民、公明両党に、これらの内容を盛り込んだ基本方針の骨子案を示した。
　復興庁の存続は決まっており、期間と特会の扱いが焦点となっていた。政府は７日の復興推進委員会にも骨子案を示す予定。年内に基本方針をまとめ、来年の次期通常国会に関連法案を提出する。（2019/11/06-17:56）

The Japanese government will extend the term of service for the Reconstruction Agency, due to expire at the end of fiscal 2020, by 10 years to the end of fiscal 2030, it was learned Wednesday.
   The agency was launched in February 2012 to lead reconstruction efforts for areas affected by the March 2011 earthquake and tsunami.
   According to a draft basic policy, a special account for funding reconstruction projects will also be kept intact.
   The government showed the draft to the Liberal Democratic Party and Komeito, the junior partner of the LDP in the ruling coalition, by Wednesday. It will also be submitted to a meeting for the agency's postdisaster reconstruction promotion committee on Thursday.
   The government will finish work on the basic policy within this year and submit related legislation to the next year's ordinary session of parliament.
