パナソニック、米ソフトウエア大手買収検討　数千億円規模

　パナソニックが、米ソフトウエア大手の買収を検討していることが８日、分かった。買収額は数千億円規模に上るとみられる。実現すれば、２０１１年に旧三洋電機などを約８０００億円で完全子会社化して以来の大規模投資となる。
　買収を検討しているのは、米ソフト大手のブルーヨンダー。物流や工場、流通などサプライチェーン（供給網）管理のソフトを提供している。人工知能（ＡＩ）を使った需要や納期の予測の精度が高く、世界４０００社以上への導入実績を持つ。（2021/03/08-21:59）

Japan's Panasonic Corp. is considering acquiring major U.S. software company Blue Yonder for hundreds of billions of yen, according to informed sources.
The acquisition, if realized, will be the largest investment deal for the Japanese electronics maker since it took full ownership of companies, including former Sanyo Electric, in 2011 for a total of 800 billion yen, the sources said Monday.
