コメ価格見通し、急落　備蓄米効果で下げ幅最大―６月調査

　コメ取引の関係者に対する調査で、向こう３カ月の価格見通しを示す指数が急落した。全国農業協同組合連合会（ＪＡ全農）などでつくる米穀安定供給確保支援機構が４日発表した６月の指数は３５と、前月の５９から２４ポイント低下した。下げ幅は２０１２年３月の調査開始以降で最大。随意契約による安い政府備蓄米が流通し、価格が低下するとの見方が強まった。
　調査は１８０の生産者や集荷業者、卸・小売業者などを対象に、現時点と比べたコメの価格水準などについて５段階で聞いた。６月分の有効回答数は１３９。見通しの指数は価格が「同程度」を意味する５０を境に、０に近づくと「将来低くなる」との見方が強まったことを示す。５０を下回ったのは、４７だった２２年４月以来。
　競争入札による備蓄米の放出が決まった後の２月調査も２３ポイント下落した。ただ、指数は５４と節目を上回っていた。
　農林水産省が４日に発表したコメの販売動向に関する民間調査でも、価格は低下傾向にある。スーパーやドラッグストアなど約６０００店のデータを基に、６月２３～２９日に販売されたコメの価格を分析した結果では、全国平均が３６９１円となった。地域別では、新潟、長野両県を含む信越が２９６８円と、３０００円の大台を割り込んだ。（2025/07/04-19:13）

A diffusion index that shows the outlook for rice prices in Japan plummeted after inexpensive rice released from the government's stockpile under discretionary contracts became available for consumers, a group that includes agricultural cooperatives said Friday.
   The index dropped 24 points from the previous month to 35 in June, its largest fall since the group's monthly survey began in March 2012.
   The index is based on a survey of 180 respondents, including rice producers, collectors, wholesalers and retailers, who are asked about their outlooks for rice prices over the next three months. For the June survey, valid responses totaled 139.
   When the index reads 50, rice prices are expected to be at the "same level" as current levels, while when it comes closer to zero, views are stronger that rice prices "will be lower."
   It was the first time for the index to go under 50 since April 2022 when it was at 47.
