西武、「赤プリ」跡地ビル売却　４０００億円、米ファンドに

　西武ホールディングス（ＨＤ）は１２日、赤坂プリンスホテル跡地に建設した複合施設「東京ガーデンテラス紀尾井町」（東京都千代田区）を米投資ファンドのブラックストーンに売却すると発表した。売却額は約４０００億円で、約２６０４億円の譲渡益を見込む。売却で得た資金は、主要ホテルの改装や今後の再開発に向けた財務体質強化に充てる。（2024/12/12-19:21）

Seibu to Sell Tokyo Garden Terrace Kioicho to Blackstone

Seibu Holdings Inc. said Thursday that it will sell Tokyo Garden Terrace Kioicho, a large commercial building built on a former hotel site in Tokyo's Chiyoda Ward, to U.S. investment firm Blackstone Inc.
The property is expected to be sold for about 400 billion yen, and Seibu Holdings expects to gain 260.4 billion yen from the deal.
