食品値上げ、今年も２万品突破へ　４月は５１０６品、乳製品や飲料

　帝国データバンクが３１日まとめた調査結果によると、主要食品１９５社が公表した４月の食品値上げは５１０６品目となった。前年同月の約４．２倍。分野別では乳製品や飲料が目立つ。公表された今年の値上げは１万８５４４品目で、近く２万品目を突破する見通しだという。
　月間の品目数で見ると、４月の値上げは昨年１月以降で３番目の多さ。今年は２月も５０００品目を超えており、記録的な値上げラッシュに見舞われた昨年（２万５７６８品目）を上回るペースで広がっている。
　今後はパンやペットボトル飲料、缶ビールの値上げが広がる可能性が高い。メーカーはまだ、原材料価格の上昇分の商品価格への転嫁は十分にできていない。
　帝国データの推計によると、４月以降の値上げに伴って１世帯当たりの食費負担（２０２３年度月平均、生鮮食品除く）は節約しない場合、前年度に比べて月２１４０円の増加となる。値上げが今後広がれば、さらに家計を圧迫することになる。（2023/04/01-07:17）

Over 20,000 food products are expected to face price hikes this year, Teikoku Databank Ltd. said Friday.
   The credit research company said that price increases in 2023 have been announced for 18,544 food items so far, making it likely that the tally will exceed the 20,000 threshold again. Last year, prices were raised for a total of 25,768 food items.
   According to a survey of 195 major food makers, price hikes are slated for 5,106 goods in April, a roughly 4.2-fold increase from a year before and the third highest monthly figure since January last year. In particular, prices are being raised for dairy foods and beverages.
   Over 5,000 food items saw price hikes in February as well, outpacing the record wave of hikes marked last year.
   Bread, bottled drinks and canned beers are highly likely to be subject to price increases in the future, with producers yet to fully reflect higher materials costs in their prices.
