差し止め命令を取り消し　関西スーパー・Ｈ２Ｏ統合の公算―大阪高裁

　関西スーパーマーケットとエイチ・ツー・オー（Ｈ２Ｏ）リテイリンググループの経営統合差し止めを命じた神戸地裁の仮処分決定について、大阪高裁は７日、関西スーパーの保全抗告を認めて取り消した。今月１５日の両社統合が予定通りに行われる公算が大きくなった。
　仮処分を申し立てたディスカウントスーパーのオーケー（横浜市）は、最高裁への不服申し立てに向けて７日、大阪高裁に抗告許可を申し立てた。１５日までの判断を求めているが、同社の主張が認められる可能性は低いとみられる。関西スーパーは「正当な判断が示された」とのコメントを発表した。（2021/12/07-20:15）

Osaka High Court on Tuesday revoked a lower court's temporary injunction against western Japan-based supermarket operator Kansai Super Market Ltd.'s management integration with major retail group H2O Retailing Corp. .
   The management integration now seems likely to be put into effect on Dec. 15, as currently scheduled. It was initially set for last Wednesday after being narrowly approved at an extraordinary meeting of Kansai Super Market shareholders on Oct. 29.
   The injunction was issued by Kobe District Court on Nov. 22, in a lawsuit filed against the integration by OK Corp., a discount supermarket operator based in Yokohama, south of Tokyo.
   OK, a major shareholder of Kansai Super Market, can file with the Supreme Court an appeal against the high court's cancellation of the injunction.
   Nonetheless, it is unlikely the appeal would be accepted as cases handled by the top court are limited to those in which violations of the Constitution are suspected, as well as some other cases.
