Ｇ７、景気回復で明暗　米英先行、日本は低迷

　【コーンウォール時事】先進７カ国首脳会議（Ｇ７サミット）では、新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大で落ち込んだ世界経済を立て直し、再び成長軌道に乗せられるかが重要な課題となる。ただ、米国や英国で景気回復が進む一方、日本は低迷し、明暗が分かれている。各国の経済状況が異なる中、どこまで踏み込んだ政策協調を打ち出せるかが焦点となる。
　経済協力開発機構（ＯＥＣＤ）が５月末に公表した２０２１年の世界経済成長率見通しは５．８％と、３月の５．６％から上方修正された。３．５％のマイナス成長となった２０年から急回復し、１９７３年以来の高い伸びを見込む。
　米国については、ワクチン接種の進展に加え、バイデン政権が巨額経済対策を打ち出したことを踏まえ、６．９％の伸びを予測。昨年１０％近いマイナス成長となった英国は、Ｇ７で最も高い７．２％にＶ字回復すると見込む。
　欧米では景気回復に伴って物価上昇が新たなリスクとして浮上し、市場では金融緩和の縮小が意識され始めている。英国はほぼ５０年ぶりの法人増税を決め、コロナで悪化した財政の再建に着手した。
　これに対し、日本は４月から３度目の緊急事態宣言に追い込まれたことで、成長率はＧ７で最も低い２．６％に下方修正された。世界銀行が８日発表した日本の成長率予測も２．９％と、先進国平均（５．４％）を大きく下回った。
　日本では、東京五輪の開催を機に感染が再拡大すれば、「８～９月に４度目の緊急事態宣言が出される」（ＢＮＰパリバ証券）との見方もあり、景気の下振れリスクが懸念されている。立憲民主党がコロナ対策として３３兆円の補正予算を提言するなど、追加の財政支出を求める声も根強い。（2021/06/12-07:22）

Putting the global economy back on a growth path after its pandemic-induced slump sits high on the agenda of the Group of Seven summit in Britain from Friday.
   The question is how much the G-7 nations can work together to devise policies to shore up the global economy at a time when their economies are in varying states, with the United States and Britain roaring ahead and Japan struggling.
   The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development last month revised up its growth forecast for the global economy from 5.6 pct to 5.8 pct, a level unseen since 1973, after negative growth of 3.5 pct in 2020.
   The OECD expects the U.S. economy to expand 6.9 pct, taking into account progress in COVID-19 vaccinations and a huge economic package proposed by President Joe Biden's administration.
   Britain, which saw its economy shrink nearly 10 pct last year, is expected to score growth of 7.2 pct in 2021, highest among the G-7 nations, also including Canada, France, Germany and Italy.
