京都府警、青葉容疑者を事情聴取　京アニ放火事件、容疑認める

　アニメ制作会社「京都アニメーション」第１スタジオ（京都市伏見区）で３６人が犠牲になった放火殺人事件で、京都府警が青葉真司容疑者（４１）＝さいたま市見沼区、殺人容疑などで逮捕状＝を事情聴取したことが９日、捜査関係者への取材で分かった。
　聴取したのは８日。捜査関係者によると、青葉容疑者は容疑を認めたという。
　青葉容疑者は放火した際に全身に大やけどを負い、皮膚移植手術を受けるなどしたが現在も大阪府内の病院に入院中。府警は回復次第、逮捕する方針。（2019/11/09-11:30）

The Kyoto Animation Co. arson suspect, remaining hospitalized nearly four months after the deadly attack, has admitted murder and other charges against him in his first police questioning, investigative sources said Saturday.
   Shinji Aoba, 41, faced the questioning by the Kyoto prefectural police on Friday, according to the sources.
   The arson attack at a studio of the company, also called KyoAni, in the city of Kyoto occurred in the midmorning on July 18, killing 36 people.
   An arrest warrant has been issued for Aoba, a resident of Saitama, north of Tokyo, on charges of murdering the 36 and attempting to kill 34 others. The police are waiting for his recovery to serve the arrest warrant.
   Aoba himself suffered severe burns on his entire body in the attack and has had skin graft surgery. He is now in a hospital in Osaka Prefecture, south of Kyoto.
